We have developed a new and extraordinary

Gas Desulphurization System, which has unseen economical and technical performance capabilities. Polluted Gasses containing high levels sulphur components (H2S, RSH, ..) can be cleaned to non-detectable limits (< 100 ppbV range) in one process step. Additional advantage is that the treated sulphur leaves the system as solid sulphur product, which can be used in other applications and holds a market value. 

 

Other exiting New Technology systems which are developed and introduced by NGCC are

Gas Conversion Technology Systems for Transformations of CO2 into Methane (CH4).

In liaison with Technical Partners we can also design and offer complete conversion systems of Gas-To-Liquid Fuels.

Advanced Gas Treatment

Protecting the environment and seeking new technologies, which will change our energy utilisation, consumption and production in the future, are of upmost importance to have them realized now, at this moment, in our generation. More over it is of key importance that new advanced technologies which are introduced are also economical feasible and liable processes.

In this respect NGCC is proud to present State-Of-The-Art Technologies, which makes it possible to :

REMOVE ALL SULPHUR COMPONENTS (Biogas, Stranded Gasses, COG, ...), contaminated with 1000's ppmV of sulphurs, ... using a 1-STEP process generating outlet levels to non-detectable - ppbV range (< 100 ppbV)

TRANSFORM CO2 TO METHANE  - offering Total Systems and using a brand New Catalyst which creates conversion > 97% in one reaction step under mild operational conditions.

TRANSFORM BIOGAS INTO MeOH - NGCC investigates a new technology, the Bi-Reforming Process and a new Catalyst System, which operates under mild operating conditions and provides high yields of MeOH, even without any extra addition of Hydrogen. The Energy Efficiency of the entire Process is 90,2%.

All CH4 parts and 63% of the CO2 parts of Biogas are transformed to MeOH.

TRANSFORM BIOGAS, STRANDED GAS, FLARE GAS, OFF GAS, ... INTO SYNFUEL, SAF, were advanced GTL Conversion Systems from highly credited technological Partners are combined with NGCC Technology. This makes it possible to design and offer complete Solutions & Systems extremely effective and most economical.

NGCC Advanced Gas Cleaning System was invented in 2015 by Prof. Per Moeller. The system uses a New Technology based on Electro-Catalytic Principle.

In a 
one-step system all H2S is removed from Gas Flows having high intake levels
(> +5.000 ppmV), to outlet levels in the non-detectable analytical range

(<100 ppbV).

 
Next to this given, all Sulphur Species are transformed to Elemental (solid) Sulphur state, a product which can be re-used for example as Fertilizer or in Sulphuric Acid Production, and so we create a market valuable product.
